I met young Max at Simply Books in Bramhall. He loves stories and science and built this brilliant project which he brought into the shop to show me – a Pepper’s Ghost box. This is a technique that was used in theatres and amusement parks to create the illusion of a ghost- WoOoO!  Max very kindly wrote up his project for others to follow here:
